5. Payments

A 50% deposit is payable on acceptance of the quotation as the booking may not be secured until the deposit has been received. Remainder of payment is due on completion of work using the payment methods approved by Flat Pack Assembly Professionals.

Any additional work outside the original scope may be charged separately at the applicable rate.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule by giving at least 48 hours notice before the agreed appointment time.

If insufficient notice is given, Flat Pack Assembly Professionals may charge a cancellation fee or retain any deposit already paid, except where cancellation is required by law or otherwise agreed. If a visit cannot proceed because access is unavailable, the furniture is incomplete, or the workspace is unsafe, a call-out fee may apply.

7. Service limitations

Flat Pack Assembly Professionals will use reasonable care and skill in delivering services, which aligns with the way UK service terms are commonly structured for service specification and performance standards. However, the service is limited to the assembly work expressly agreed at the time of booking.
